We include detailed descriptions as well as high-resolution images for all of our products so you know exactly what you’re buying. We understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. Maybe the flavor doesn’t work for you or you’d like a different product. Whatever the case may be, we want to make certain that your HDX experience with us is a positive one. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any purchase made at, we will gladly refund or exchange it. Return Policy: will exchange / return any unused product as long as it has not been opened or used, and is in its original sealed packaging. You may have a full refund as long as the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. The credit card used on the original order will be used for any refunds or exchange price differences. Waterbottles 1. We do not accept returns of used bottles (unless they are somehow defective). 2. Bottles that are damaged due to misuse (e.g., freezing) are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges: Damaged? No problem! Send it back to us for an exchange.
