Last night Virginia Coach Tony Bennett suffered from dehydration and collapsed during the NCAA game against Hampton. While many may think that hydration is just for athletes, this unfortunate situation highlights that everyone needs to be cognizant of being hydrated.

Athletes work and train hard but the coaches are right there with the athletes putting in long hours and remaining on their feet for long periods of time. Hydration can easily set in over time and cause both physical and cognitive failure.
Coaches and trainers need to stay alert and keep the body and brain hydrated can keep everyone on their A game.
